Manny Moreno founded True Tide Advisors on a simple belief: real estate should be practiced with precision, not speculation. Operating under Keller Williams La Jolla, Manny and his team guide San Diego buyers, sellers, and investors through every stage of the market — backed by data, discipline, and an unwavering commitment to the people behind each transaction. His mission is bold and specific: to turn 10,000 renters into homeowners over the next ten years, one carefully guided decision at a time.

Before real estate, Manny spent a decade in the nonprofit sector, building the same skills that now define his approach to business — listening first, solving with integrity, and measuring success by the lives changed rather than the deals closed. That ethos carries through every arm of the Bueno Bueno ecosystem, from fix-and-flip renovations to vacation rental management to multifamily investment. Truth over ego. Protect the people, not just the paperwork.

Manny's commitment to service extends well beyond his clients. He has served in leadership with Humble Design San Diego, a nonprofit that furnishes and decorates homes — free of charge — for families and veterans transitioning out of homelessness. A portion of every True Tide transaction gives back to that mission, a reminder that a house isn't a home until someone makes it one.

A little bit about me...

I grew up watching my immigrant grandmother work harder than anyone I've ever known — she's still the reason I do what I do. I studied Exercise Physiology at Chico State, which taught me more about discipline than anything else. These days, when I'm not with clients, you'll find me out at Pipes, board under my arm, resetting before the next wave — in the water and in business.
